Book a Human Design Reading

Before scheduling your reading or writing your report, I’ll need some important information to create your personal birth chart. The most crucial details are your birth date, birth place (city and country), and exact time of birth.

Once I receive your information, I will get in touch with you to arrange your appointment or let you know about your written report.

APPOINTMENTS POLICY


Late to an appointment
Please be punctual for your appointment. If you are late, your session will be shortened accordingly. For example, if you arrive 10 minutes late for a 60-minute appointment, your session will be reduced to 50 minutes. If you have not shown up after 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show.


Change your appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please contact me via your original booking email to arrange a new appointment.
 

Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance to secure your appointment.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

  • Payment can be made via PayPal and credit card. 
     

Cancellation and refund policy
All sessions with Valentina Picken are private, personalized, and not eligible for refunds.

While your satisfaction is very important to me, please understand that I invest significant time and effort in preparing your personal chart and session, which is why refunds cannot be provided.
 

Appointment no-show
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, you will forfeit the full payment for that session.

If I must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen or unexpected circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.
